Six months later I see that POF placed two charges on my card. One for transaction fee and the other was the yearly subscription fee. I quickly contacted POF to return the charges. They were able to return the subscription fee but not the transaction fee. On top of that they have confirmed that my account is still available on file and was not deleted. They informed me that if I wanted the account to be deleted I would need to log back in and follow the steps to delete my account. I have attempted to log in but have not been able to successfully log back in. I have already attempted to reset the password which seems to be successful and still not able to log back in. Every time I log in it gets me error database error that it is not able to find the correct information. Note this is not a page that says it is the wrong username or password. This is a error code from the server saying that it can't find my account and doesn't know what to do and give me a error syntax.
